Customer commits to pay annual amount by the yearly anniversary each Y for the length of contract. Until such a time that a Subscr. Socket Lic. file and SW functionality can be developed, the purchased Subscr. Lic. will temporarily be provided as a Perpetual Socket Lic. file. Customers are still bound by the Veeam Lic. Policy to RNW their Subscr. Socket Lic. file upon the expiration date in order to continue use of the Lic. (https://www.veeam.com/licensing-policy.html). Sup. will be provided for the term of the Subscr. in accordance with the Veeam Customer Sup. Policy (https://www.veeam.com/support-policy.html). Subscr. Socket Lic. for VM (VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V) backups only. This SKU sold in the quantity of 1 socket. Subscr. Sockets cannot be merged with Perpetual Socket Lic.. When Subscr.
